I was first informed of Mr. [redacted] complaint on Wednesday January 28th 2015 at approximately 8:05 Am by someone by the name of**. I informed ** I had no record of the job he was talking about and to please send me anything he had as he mentioned having some paperwork as well as photos and...

I text him my email address because I was in a meeting on a job site in [redacted] AZ. I informed ** I would get back to him as soon as I could. After my meeting I did some research and found that a subcontractor who sold some jobs for us in [redacted] Montana name [redacted] (his number if you need to talk to him ###-###-####) was helping Mr. [redacted] to get his roof replaced and there is no contract between All Valley Custom Roofing and [redacted] for his trucking roof nor has all valley custom roofing ever received a payment from [redacted] for the replacement of his trucking companies roof. However, [redacted] informed me that [redacted] wrote personal checks to [redacted] to replace the roof on his trucking company.    I have since been in contact with Mr. [redacted] as well as his associate who informed me his name is**. We contracted with Mr. [redacted] to re-roof his home. However, I have no contracts nor have I ever in the past been made aware of a re-roof on Mr. [redacted] trucking company other than a phone call I received on Wednesday January 28th 2015 at 8:05 am from ** who informed me he was a partner of Mr., [redacted]. his number is ###-###-#### in the phone call I mentioned to ** I had no information and he told me he had paperwork with my companies name on it as well as photos and he asked me to text him my email address so he could send them too me. I did this at 8:35 AM on January 28th 2015. I contacted Mr. [redacted] when I received an email from him that I have enclosed for your records. When I spoke to Mr. [redacted] I informed him that [redacted] is not an employee of All Valley and that he is a subcontractor who works for several companies and I could not help him with his trucking companies roof because he contracted with [redacted] and paid him directly not us. Mr. [redacted] told me that [redacted] works for me and it does not matter if he paid [redacted] he said we are responsible because [redacted] works for us. I informed Mr. [redacted] that [redacted] is a sub contractor and that he is not an employee then Mr. [redacted]  immediately began insulting me and All Valley Custom Roofing and Contracting  and even threatened to Quote “kick my [redacted] next time he saw me and rip my [redacted] head off my shoulders and [redacted] me” I then said Mr. [redacted] I’m sorry you feel that way but I don’t believe All Valley Custom Roofing can help you resolve this situation and I hope you and your family have a blessed day and that things get better for you and he hung up on me. Then after talking to [redacted] I sent ** a text message at approximately 1:35 pm because he asked me to get with him after I talked to [redacted] I sent ** a text message that said. "You mentioned on the phone you had some paperwork and photos could you please get those over to me. I tried to call [redacted] but that was a dead end I would like to fix this and his roof but I need someone I can talk to”. I did this with the hopes of seeing if there was a way I could help Mr. [redacted] get his roof fixed for a price and re kindle the great relationship we had with his personal home repairs we completed for him. At 4:25pm on January 28th 2015 ** informed me he was getting the information together through a text message which for your records I have attached.The following day I made a call to Mr. [redacted] at 12:15pm and I told him I wanted to help him with his roof and I needed the contract he had with [redacted] as well as copies of payments he made to [redacted] and he told me he would work on it but I have not yet had a response from him except for this [redacted] complaint.Yesterday February 4th 2015 at 12:49 PM I received another call from ** informing me that Mr. [redacted] is waiting for a response from us and a decision on his roof. I informed ** I still have not received any pictures or a contract from him or Mr. [redacted] and ** asked me to again send him my email address so I did. I then informed ** that All Valley Custom Roofing is not responsible for his roof I’m very sorry that he is in this situation and we were willing to help get it fix but not for free as it is not All Valley Custom Roofing’s fault. He asked me for [redacted]’s phone number which I did give him and he asked for the spelling of his last name and I told him I was not sure of the exact spelling and we parted ways with each other.If you have any questions please feel free to call me at ###-###-####Thank you[redacted]All Valley Custom Roofing

Review: I hired these people to replace the roof on my shop building. They claimed they were highly experienced but it was just the opposite. First they took all the screws out od the existing roof to save time and then it snowed and created 1000 leaks in my building, then they came back and put in the screws to stop the leaks while they were replacing the existing roof only they didn't screw the new roof down properly and it blew completely off taking the roof insulation with it. Then they came back again to fix that and again didn't screw the roof down properly and it blew off a second time. I have now had to hire a new company that is experienced in replacing metal roofs and they say, which I already knew, that the entire roof is going to have to come off and start over and replace all the insulation and who know how many damaged panels. Plus when All Valley was working on the roof their workers walked all over the new panels bending and denting them and basically ruining them.
