All Valley Escrow, Inc

Non-responsive, poor or non-existent communication, absolutely no sense of timeliness, unable to work with technology and accept digital signatures. There are enough rules and regulations in place to drag out escrow, but All Valley takes it to a new level and is solely to blame for my closing getting pushed.
There's some sort of connection with Troop Realty that pressures the real estate office customers to use this escrow service. Due to that, I'd avoid both businesses like the plague.
