Thank You for your feedback We strive to take care of our customers and are saddened to see that you have not been taken care of the way you should be There is no excuse for not getting out on the appointment time you set initially ( last year) and subsequently when you
called in on Tuesday March 24th when we set your appointment time the the following day between 9-am and we did not show up on time.We should of been out at the time you were scheduled So again we apologize for this inconvenience As a result of our lack of proper scheduling we will be providing you with three filters free of charge

We attempted to contact homeowner and left a voice mail the homeowner called us back on Friday when we were out.  Her returned our call on Friday when we were out. We called him back this morning and again have left a message to attempt to resolve the issue.
