DO NOT rent from this company. Everything, even if proven otherwise, is the tenant fault. They do not take care of health or safety issue or even care if you are living in a death pit. Their houses are dirty when you move in but better be cleaner than a new build when you move out or you will not see a dime of your deposit back. They do not return phone calls and are rude when you go into their office. Renters BEWARE!
