On 05/06/I placed two Orders with Gryphon CNC order# *** and *** since that time I have sent emails and phone calls to Phil [redacted] of Gryphon CNC asking for a stasis as to when I will receive the partsAs of last week, the internet site has been shut down and phone calls go unanswered Also, he has already charged me on my credit card

On Nov27, 2017, I purchased a woodcutting machine for $from Phil [redacted] of Gryphon CNCI paid via wire transferThe invoice said it would be delivered by the second week of JanuaryHis communication since then has been patchyMany of my attempts to contact him were ignoredHe rescheduled delivery a couple times and repeatedly missed those delivery datesMost recently he said said in an email on Apil 2, that he would ship it by April On April I asked via email to be refunded by May I also mailed him a letter via Certified Mail with the same request, but delivery has not been accepted No refund or machine has been received, and I have not heard from him since the April email

I am a disabled Veteran trying to staa new business This company took my and ran I will update if this so called "company" ever returns my moneyI have asked multiple times for my money back and all communication is ignored One star is too many, STAY AWAY!!

I submitted payment for a CNC machine for the amount of $3,125,USD on December (Order #***)I was told over the phone that the machine estimated delivery time will be around the end of February 2018, we are now at the end of March and the company is not answering any emails or phone calls to give status of the equipment

Placed order on Gryphon website on December 29, Talked to Phil before placing order to determine estimated delivery time He told me it would ship the end of February Spoke to Phil first of March after several email and phone call attempts He asked me to give him til the 26th of March After several more email and phone call attempts after March 26th, Phil finally responded and said he would ship on the 13th of April It is now the 17th of April and after another unanswered phone calls and more email attempts I am fed up I paid him for the machine upon ordering over $and no products have been delivered and phone calls not returned

Placed order by phone in April for a CNC Router and Table from *** Phil *** of Gryphon CNCPaid deposit with corporate VISA credit cardOrder was quoted for delivery in 3-weeksAfter follow up phone calls, new delivery date was to be June 30, After failing to notify delivery confirmation, owner emailed apology using "years of marriage has failed" and caused delayDue to delay he said he was upgrading our equipment and the order would be shipped over the weekend, Monday at the latestOne month has passed and owner is not responding to numerous phone calls or emailsHe has over $deposit and no goods has been delivered

Ordered a cnc router on October and paid with my credit cardAfter two delivery dates came and went with no cnc router delivered, in February I decided I wanted to just get my money back since it was obvious he wasn't going to deliverHe would not respond to my request for my money back, so finally I had to file a dispute with the credit card companyNearly five months after purchasing a product he would not deliver, I finally got my money back, and will not do business with this man ever againRepeated attempts to work with Phil L*** have all been met with huge disappointment and I would caution anyone who might consider ordering anything from Gryphon CNC
