labor charge. That was the agreement that [redacted] and [redacted] had made to be done with the job and he will honor that. For future reference, any financial agreement made between 2 parties should be in writing and approved by both parties, that way there are no questions or issues later. I was simply following the protocol we follow for unpaid work. An apology has been given to the customer and we will have no further contact with them as they have requested. We ask customers having complaints about the work that was done to call our office immediately to schedule and discuss issues. Thank you
