Our customer is complaining about a "squeak" in their front brakesThey told us it was from the brakes we put onOur team replaced their front brakes as a courtesy since we they were still under warrantyThe customer is still complaining their brakes are "squeaking"We have informed the customer of a possibility it might not be their front brakes since they were replaced We have asked to see the car again to evaluate the noise and they refusedWe have offered a rental car for their convenience while their car is in repair-they have refusedWe have offered them a rental car while their car is being repairedWe have offered to pick up and deliver their car and they have refusedWe have done the best we can to help this customerThey need to help themselves and be more reasonableThere will be no refund
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I have taken my car back to [redacted] over five times giving them the opportunity to fix the problem I was told that the brakes were replaced twice They informed me that my back brakes were fine on the initial visit Now the shop is wanting to work on the back brakes If they couldn't fix the front brakes it would make no since to allow them to work on the back brakes and charge me more to have the same result Regards, C [redacted] W***
