I am rejecting this response because: On Feb 25th the *** manager Steve W*** came
to examine our drivewayHe did agree that the All Waste truck made the damage
to the driveway that was completely replaced in We have never had another
vehicle, truck, or car use chains on this driveway and until Feb 17th
All Waste had never attempted to access our driveway in the snowWe had an agreement
with ***, whom was acquired by All Waste, to not access our drive in inclement
weather That contract was continued with All WasteWe
had never complained about the missed service I have photographic proof that the driver did not go in a straight
line and should have stopped when his tires started to chatterThere was damage to 110ft of my drivewayThese damages
have affected my ability to sell my home and these were not small scratches but
large gouges in the driveway that would have continued to wear to become larger
holes if not repaired. I trust Sullivan’s
Paving and their repair of my driveway I have not asked for a new driveway just the
repairs to be paid forNor have I gone to the court of public opinion or
sought legal action

I am rejecting this response because: MrRobert N*** is a BOLD FACE LIAR! AS a business owner of a franchise myself, I have ALL of our conversations recorded INCLUDING THE ONE WITH THE BILLING DEPARTMENT I will be forwarding all to my attorney and the Revdex.com as well and will see this business in courtThey WERE REQUESTED TO PICK UP THE CANS ON SEPARATE OCCASIONSI EVEN HAVE A VOICEMAIL FROM 10/STATING THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE ON MONDAY 10/10/AND OF COURSE, THEY NEVER SHOWED IT TOOK ME FILING THIS COMPLAINT FOR TTHEM TO SHOW...IRONICALLY, ON THE SAME DAY THE COMPLAINT WAS PLACED!
Also, being turned off for non payment is a bold face lie and as a matter of fact, if there were past due balances they would show on the current bill and the do NOT!!! A quick search on the internet shows what kind of crooked, lazy, rude and non professional company this is and I will be seeing them in court!
I suggest you pull your recorded calls, because I wil certainly have mineCROOKED LIARS AND CROOKS!

I have reviewed the complaint and have taken the necessary actions within our company to make the appropriate corrections to prevent this type of poor customer service in the future.  I agree that Mr. [redacted] did not receive the service he requested and that repeated attempts on his part...

did not correct the issue.  I have credited all charges on this account and have called the customer to offer my apologies for any and all disruption and inconveniences we caused.  I have also offer 6 months free service to this customer for the problems caused to them.  The issue was caused due to human error by more than one employee that was involved with this transaction and corrective action has been taken with all parties involved.

I have investigated the complaint submitted by  [redacted]  [redacted] cancelled service with us after multiple attempts to receive payment through post...

cards sent, letters of reminders/warnings of potential interruption of service, then a phone conversation when she had been shut-off.  She refused to pay even at that point.  This is not the first time there has been a payment issue.  She has been on stop service multiple times within the past two years.Her record of talking to our company as stated on the complaint is also inaccurate.  We have detailed call reports and call tracking should that desire to be verified.  On 10/17/16 Peggy spoke with John, the head of our Collections Department, where she requested the carts to be removed.  John agreed and put in a work order for her normal pickup day (Friday 10/21).  The carts were removed on Friday, October 21, 2016.Thus the issue should be resolved relative to the carts being removed.  There is litigation for services rendered and payment not received that is being handled through the civil court system.Please contact me if you have any further questions.  If in the future you don’t get an immediate response from me or our company, please send me an email or feel free to call.Thank you.Robert A. Review: All Waste of Hartford CT has billed me for 3 months of garbage pick up service, and now the number is disconnected. I have to find and pay for another vendor to collect my garbage. I request a full refund for lack of service, and for lack of communication upon closing. [redacted]Desired Settlement: 100 dollars for the payment of 88.00 plus one month to start a new garbage pick up vendor without proper notice. [redacted]

BBA I wish to retract my complaint. The phone was knock out of service for the weekend due to the snow storm. All waste sent the truck today to pick up my garbage and the extra from the week before. So the issue has been resolved.

Review: I starred service with the company in August 2014 for residential trash pick up. The company was set deliver me the garbage and recycling containers. Both were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday August 6. The containers were not delivered as promised. I called and was told the order wasn't placed and that the containers would arrive on Friday August 8. They did arrive on that date.

I was told by all waste that trash pick up was on Tuesdays. Recycling every other week.

The first pick up was to be Tuesday August 12. I put the container out on Monday evening.

I came home at 3:30pm on Tuesday and saw the trash had not been picked up. I called all waste and spoke to the dispatcher. He apologized and said someone would be out Wednesday to pick up the trash. He also said he would speak to the driver.

The following Monday night I placed the trash and recycling containers out for pick up on Tuesday august 19. When I arrived home at 3:30pm both containers were still full. No pick up.

I called all waste again. Spoke to the same dispatcher. He said he would speak to the drivers again. He said the containers would be picked up on Wednesday which they were.

The following again the trash was out on Monday evening for Tuesday pick up. Again no pick up. I called again and asked if there was problem...again the dispatcher said he would speak to the driver.

The following week I let the container sit outside for three days Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. No pick up at all.

The fillowing week same thing. I called again they picked up on Wednesday.

I finally had enough and called to cancel the service. The woman who took my call was totally disinterested in the conversation. When she asked if I was canceling because of a move I told her no it was due to poor service and I explained to her what had occurred. She could've cared less... She said nothing.

The only time my garbage and recycling were ever picked up on time was on Tuesday when I cancelled.

Poor customer service all around.Desired Settlement: I want the bill removed and not owe anything.

Review: On Feb 17,2015, the driver from All Waste was seen using the automatic tire chains on his truck to access the top of our driveway in a snow storm. Previously, the drivers would skip our driveway if there was snow on it because of the fairly steep grade and we never complained about the missed pickups. We are also very diligent about keeping the driveway clear. This driver caused 110 feet of damage and gouges to our newer driveway that was replaced 2 years previously. The gouges are across both sides of the drive, not in a straight line. We reported the damage immediately and All Waste sent a representative out to survey the damage. The representative acknowledged the damage and I received an estimate of $645 for the repair. All Waste refused to repair the damage.Desired Settlement: I would like All Waste to pay for the repair of my driveway.

All Waste, Inc. is a leader in providing safe and reliable trash and recycling service throughout central Connecticut. In addition to several thousand commercial and institutional customers, All Waste Inc. provides curb and back-in service for more than 44,000 residences.

In order to safely navigate New England winters, we have equipped our trucks with On-Spot chains, a traction-assist device now standard equipment on most large service vehicles, to include oil delivery trucks, school busses, power/phone company repair trucks and fire trucks.

We received a complaint similar to the current Revdex.com incident on February 23rd. It was immediately investigated. On February 25th, it was communicated to the homeowner that following a 1.88" snow storm in [redacted], the On-Spot chains were used to service customers. At no time did the customer notify All Waste, Inc. not to service their location during inclement weather - in fact All Waste, Inc. gets far more complaints from customers when service is not provided year round without interruption.

There are light surface markings in the driveway, and could have been caused by any vehicle with traction assist devices, including studded passenger or truck tires. The repair quote was to lay a 3" strip of fortified rubber crack sealant which would not fill the flat scrape marks and would disintegrate in a very short period of time.

Thus after a thorough investigation, it was determined that All Waste, Inc. operated in a safe and prudent manner to provide service throughout the winter, and did nothing different that would be customary by any commercial vehicle accessing the driveway at the customer's request. Therefore, the complainant's request for $675.00 was denied. It was suggested that if the complainant did not wish service from any vendor using commercial vehicles during inclement weather that such notifications be made and All Waste, Inc. would abide by those requests.
