additional money was taking out of my account after being told it was $250 flat for their services.On 5/17 I purchased a dumbster after being told it was a flat rate of $250. It was taken out that day out of my account. On June 2 an additional $250 was taken out and then on also $68.96 was take which was a totle of $318.96 After calling Waste Management and speaking to [redacted] the [redacted] on June 2 he told me it was a mistake and they will put it back in my account and I will see it within the next hour. That was not done. I called on June 3rd 4 time and no one returned my call. Called back on June 4th and was told someone it will be in my account by the end of the day. After demanding my money back that same day someone by the name [redacted] that work for All Waste Management came to my job and gave me my money back in cash. On July 1 All Waste Management took another $318.96 out of my account. I called 2 time on June 1 and no one called me back so I went to their location on [redacted] street were so by the name [redacted] came out and after trying to explain what happen he cut me off and told me I miss under stood I told him that false advertiseing and he cut me off again and said the money will be back in my account by tomorrow. It was not in my account so I call them 3 times on June 2 and so far 2 times on today and no one has called me back. They have a answering services that answer their phone so they are to only people I spoke to and they said they will send the message. I did call [redacted] on June 2 at 4:42 and he said he will call me back in an hour. No one called me back. Called him back June 3 at 930 and he said I need to speak to [redacted] the [redacted] who stated they will not reture my money for what ever reason. He could not explain why. This is company is running a bad business. Because off their action my mortgage is now messed up because take money was to be used toward my payment and now I going to be penalized and that dont not look rigthon my behalf when I just purchase my house. I cant go to a store and perchase something and then a month later they charge something else. I will never refer anyone to do business with them. I want my money back. Do I have to go throught this next month. This is stealing. On 5/17 I was shopping around for dumpsters and I am a person that want detail information. When I asked the person on the phone what the price was he told me $250 I then ask is it 250 flat he said yes and if it goes over the weigth then it would be an addtional cost. If they had told me that is was 250 just for the rental then I would have never went with this company I would have went with someone else. They need to make themselve clear when the speak to someone. I only received one invoice from the company the same day when someone from the company came to my job and gave me my money back on June 4th. I dis regard the invoice due to the fact that to company stated it was a mistake and they retured my money. You cant tell a custumer one thing and then tell them it was a mistake, then give me my money back and then deside to go back in my account and take money out without informing me. Thats not perfessional at all.
