I have reviewed the complaint and have taken the necessary actions within our company to make the appropriate corrections to prevent this type of poor customer service in the future I agree that Mr [redacted] did not receive the service he requested and that repeated attempts on his part did not correct the issue I have credited all charges on this account and have called the customer to offer my apologies for any and all disruption and inconveniences we caused I have also offer months free service to this customer for the problems caused to them The issue was caused due to human error by more than one employee that was involved with this transaction and corrective action has been taken with all parties involved
