When we left the job, everything was looking really goodThe customer put his own pump in the well, and ended up getting some softer sand stuck in the wellWe pulled the liner out, I re-drilled it, and took care of the issue

When we first drilled the *** well we didn't have enough water at ft to satisfy the customer so we drilled to ft where we hit more water and finished the well at 250'The liner went in smoothly and everything seemed normalWe have drilled over wells and have never had this kind of problem with a customer
The customer (*** ***) told me he put his pump in at 200' and it pumped pretty good water but didn't have enough water for himHe lowered the pump to the bottomThis is not standard pump placement as it stirs up the sedimentThe result of lowering the pump to the bottom was the pump pulled sediment into the liner and buried the pump
All-Ways Drilling was contacted and blamed for the sediment problem** *** claims to have contacted a "professional well driller" who educated him on perforation size and placement in well constructionIt is unfortunate he didn't contact a professional pump man to place his pumpA professional pump man would not have placed the pump at the bottom of the well
We moved our equipment back to the siteWe opened the well back up and re-drilled the hole to 250'The second drilling of the hole produced more volumeWe installed a new liner to 140' where it hung upWe wanted to drive 6" casing down further or install a steel liner, but the customer didn't want us toHe was afraid he would lose the water and he wanted to set his pump at 140'We finished up the well and left

Mr. W[redacted] every thing you have said in your last reply is false and I  have proof of it. So whey do'nt we meet at [redacted] office in Coeur D Alene and try to come up with a solution to the problem ? I'm Sure [redacted] would'nt mind.
If you would like I could bring some of the other owners of the wells that you drilled with in 2 miles from me, I'm sure they would like to talk to you about the wells they have but can not use. All I want is the well I paid cash to to you for. Or refund my money and I will get some one else to drill a well.

On 8-24-15 well driller Stanley W[redacted] came back to install the 4 inch casing back in the well. He ran the drill bit and rod  down 250 feet to the bottom of the well inorder to blow the mud and rock out of the well. He started to install the 4 inch casing  back in the well and it stuck around the 140 foot area and could not go any deeper. He said the 4 inch casing mite drop some time and if it does I will not have a well. He also told me to install a pump and try to pump water and see if it will produce enough water to get me by with.So I have a 140 foot well that I might loss any time and I payed for a 250 foot well that is around 140 feet deep. He has never offerd a solution  to the problem. I have spent over $ 12,777.03 and I stiil have no well.Regards,[redacted]
