I did pay the cancellation fee under protest, as I did not feel I had a choice However, by no means was this complaint resolved satisfactorily, as I was inadequately represented by the agent by being offered only an inflated premium, and because they refused to admit it or make it right I don't know what the next step is for you at the Revdex.com, but I do not want to have it on your webpage that this complaint was satisfactorily resolved, if that is possible At least that may warn some other consumers to avoid this company.
