All Ways Heating and Air Conditioning

When I first started this review, it was a 2 star because I am happy to have the heat back on. Ken might be honest, and I'm glad the pricing is reasonable, according to other reviews, but the customer service is beyond the worst that I have experienced living in this area, let alone anywhere else. Where to begin... we rent this house. When the furnace went out, the owner kindly set up the installation of a new one. From the beginning, Ken seemed very irritated to have to be here on a Saturday morning. When Ken arrived and my husband asked if he was working alone, Ken replied that his son was in the van "texting or doing whatever the f* kids do these days". Every question that was asked was met with a snarky and sarcastic reply. It seemed as though we had done something to upset him, such as offering the use of our dolly, or offering an extra set of hands if needed. As the day wore on, Ken informed me that since I am not the owner, I am not the customer. When I asked that some professional courtesy be extended, he asked if "I wanted him to suck my ck". This going on while my wife and young children were walking in and out of the house. So, again, glad to have the heat on, but he must have been having a really bad day and chose to make that known through a junk attitude. I have never seen or heard of such deplorable service, and hope to never again have this experience. If you want to be treated like total garbage, give this guy a call.
