All-Ways Moving & Storage

Thank you to All-Ways Moving and Storage. I arrived in MA during a snowstorm with a [redacted] truck to unload. I had arranged for an online service to unload and due to the snowstorm [redacted] declined. They guys at All-Ways stepped up to help me and did so courteously and with great care of all my items even though the weather was dangerously cold and the snow made their jobs more difficult. Today I received a hand-written thank you note from the president of the company. How often does this happen? I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

On balance, nice people, hard workers. In the end, the job got done (mostly). Pool table was assembled very well.
Negatives...quote was way off...needed 3 trucks rather than 2, incurred much overtime, underestimated the level of difficulty with the pool table, scraped and scratched several pieces of furniture, and didn't really finish the job...didn't lay out carpets, and didn't assemble 5 out of 6 beds. Ended up costing over $1000 more than the estimate, although, to be fair, they didn't charge me for all of the overruns. I think they would be a great choice to move a few pieces of furniture, but a large house full seemed beyond their capability.
