I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have read the response from Semtner dental and they have NOT offered to resolve this problem and I have NEVER been verbally or any other way ABUSIVE to them or their staffI asked to speak to Dr*** and they refusedI was also referred to Dr*** *** and they did a root canal but also refused to finish the work that was started on my toothI paid them $cash at the timeMy bill with Dr*** is paid but the staff said that I should go to another dentist to finish the work that was started with Dr***I was NEVER ABUSIVE to the staff there either!

thoroughly reviewed this case and found one non-clinical area that we could have better explained. We have conducted training on this area to make sure that everyone is well versed in communicating with the patient. The treatment appears clinically sound from radiographs and she was given appropriate referrals as required in her care. Unfortunately, she has been challenging to deal with. We are not the only location to have an issue with her as I have notes documenting her failing to complete treatment that impacts her health and being verbally abusive to the staff at another office as well. We are partners in our patient's health and it is critical that they do their part to reach good oral health.Respectfully,Robert Semtner DDS
