Our insurance company sent this company out to tow our vanThey sent us the ETA and their phone numberThey never arrivedWe waited minutes and they didn't call us or show upWe called the number they gave us and it rang and rang and eventually went to a recording that stated that phones voice mail hadn't been set up yetI looked up their office number online and called that number and it rang and rang and a machine came on w no option to leave a messageWe called both numbers repeatedly before calling our insurance companyThey tried to call also and got the same resultsNever trust them!!

All Ways Towing was to show up hours after being called for a flat tire After hours they stopped responding to all calls/communication hours later, they finally called and by then we had no other choice but to not be stranded anymore can have another company come get us It was a terrible experience to be stranded in the desert, in the summer Thank God it was not more than 100, that I had someone take off work to come get me temporarily and that my child was not a young infant Completely unprofessional

I did not appreciate the staff insisting I go print out new insurance papers (a wasted $18) while claiming I had none I told the attendant to look in my glove compartment twiceHe walked somewhere behind the scenes, while I was, of course, not allowed to enterAfter insisting I go to an insurance broker and also refusing to give me my keys in the meantime, I returned with new papersAs soon as I obtained my car, I checked the glove compartment and sure enough my paper were thereI returned with both sets of papers to prove a point to which the attendant replied "Oh sorry dudeI was looking for looking papers", while the receptionist buried her face in her iPad as soon as I came to the window

I had my car towed by this tow company and when I got there I payed the bill right away which you would think they would retrieve my car right away also not the case , they told me there was no one there wearing steel toed boots to enter the yard and retrieve my car , I had explained that I left my father who is years old and was ill on the street while I ran to the yard and that I had to leave right away and made me wait a lot longer

I first would like to apologize for the unprofessional behavior you experienced with our company.  I was present when your daughters vehicle arrived to our yard.  I suggested leaving vehicle at our shop and having the insurance deal with the tow bill, and offered to give her a ride or...

taking a shop loaner vehicle, so she could make it to Vancouver for her finals.  My understanding was her Mother worked at a dealer in Vancouver and was going to have repairs done there at Dick Hannah.  I explained to your daughter at that time we could tow it there, in most cases the body shop receiving the repair pays for the tow bill and then gets reimburse by the insurance company.  Unfortunately they refused to pay tow bill.  We require payment for OSP calls before they are released.  The rates are also contracted rates, that is the reason for a large toe bill.  This was unavoidable due to the lack of communication on both parties.  I felt I made the correct decision having your daughters vehicle towed to Vancouver, knowing she had finals for school within hours of the accident. Merle [redacted]General Manager

Our insurance company sent this company out to tow our van. They sent us the ETA and their phone number. They never arrived. We waited 45 minutes and they didn't call us or show up. We called the number they gave us and it rang and rang and eventually went to a recording that stated that phones voice mail hadn't been set up yet. I looked up their office number online and called that number and it rang and rang and a machine came on w no option to leave a message. We called both numbers repeatedly before calling our insurance company. They tried to call also and got the same results. Never trust them!!

As soon as I obtained my car, I checked the glove compartment and sure enough my paper were there. I returned with both sets of papers to prove a point to which the attendant replied "Oh sorry dude. I was looking for normal looking papers", while the receptionist buried her face in her iPad as soon as I came to the window.

All Ways Towing was to show up 2 hours after being called for a flat tire. After 2.5 hours they stopped responding to all calls/communication. 4 hours later, they finally called and by then we had no other choice but to not be stranded anymore can have another company come get us. It was a terrible experience to be stranded in the desert, in the summer. Thank God it was not more than 100, that I had someone take off work to come get me temporarily and that my child was not a young infant. Completely unprofessional.
