Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/07/21) */ Hello [redacted] , I contacting you on behalf Mr [redacted] with All Weather HVAC, here are photos and brief statement of what occurred at the customers job siteMr [redacted] recommended that the customer have the HVAC unit replaced in its entirety, However the customer requested for a repair only, Mr [redacted] advised that the previous technician or person who had altered or attempted to repair the unit had failed, due to visible refrigerant leakage throughout the pipes of the HVAC unitThe contents of the unit were badly worn and damaged, however Mrs [redacted] refused to pay for complete replacement of the unit; thereafter she insisted that Mr [redacted] only perform the necessary repairs on unit, as seen below in the photo, the issue was fixed, but MR [redacted] advised the customer that the remedy was not a permanent one, due to the distressed unit being in extremely poor conditionHe concluded with advising full replacement of the HVAC unit, to avoid any further mechanical failures in the futureBecause of the customer's reluctancy in paying for replacement, the end result was failure, failure resulting from a distressed unit; not workmanship, as MR [redacted] previously advised the customer would eventually occurIf this matter is not remedied by your agency anytime soon, or if this issue continue to cloud MR [redacted] 's reputable business, this matter will be referred to his attorneyI would like to thank you for taking the time to read this dialogueFor any further questions you may contact me Israel Teran at (XXX) XXX-XXXXGood Day!
