All Weather Contractors strives to provide excellent service and quality work to each of our customers. We do apologize for inconvenience Mrs. [redacted] experienced as we worked to resolve the issue with her HVAC system freezing up. It does appear that after some extensive trouble shooting...
we were able to resolve the issue and that her system appeared to be working properly from the time we left her residence on October 17th through October 29th. All Weather Contractors received a call at 5:36 pm on October 30th where we were advised that Mrs. [redacted]’s condenser motor was not working. We did go out to Mrs. [redacted]’s home after our normal business hours to address and service her needs, but when Joe arrived at 6:02 pm he was not able to gain access to the home as no one answered the door. Joe left a door knocker to make Mrs. [redacted] aware that we had come by and would return the next day to address her issue. This was not the same issue that had been addressed twelve days prior. Upon returning to her home on October 31st Joe was informed that All Weather’s services were not needed. Mrs. [redacted] was invoiced a $99 diagnostic fee on 10/10 to determine the system problem. After assessing the problem on 10/10 Mrs. [redacted] approved and paid $177 to charge up her refrigerant as it was determined her HVAC system was low. She approved and paid $435 for a replacement TXV Valve and installation on 10/16. There was a labor cost of $60 for the after hours service call on 10/31. In the interest of good business, we will refund Mrs. [redacted] for our services she had paid and remove her remaining balance. However, we will not pay for the cost of condenser motor repair, as that was a separate issue that we were allow to address. We will refund the total amount Mrs. [redacted] has paid us for services render, which is a total of $612.
