All-Weather Heating Plumbing & A/C, Inc.

We paid for a yearly service for our central air conditioner which we had purchased from All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning. After the serviceman had left, we discovered that he had left the light on in the attic and also had not replaced the cover to the attic. He also neglected to clean out the outside conditioner unit (which was the main thing we had wanted him to do). It has now been over a month. Each time we call, they say they will be there that day but they still have not returned to take care of the problem. When we have called back, they keep giving excuses such as their computer was down, etc. I wish someone could look into this.
