This company has been totally unresponsive to my complaints. I have only paid 1/2 of the bill as there are blisters, divits, flaking and water diversion which is now eroding my yard.

Review: 7-7-14 All Weather sealed my driveway. The next day I noted bubbling and blistering of the product. I had given a deposit that day but never paid in full. Over the course of 6 months the product separated from the original blacktop. They had diverted a runoff which also eroded my yard. I had taken pictures, sent them letters and refused to pay anything further. I had reported this to you previous but never heard from you.Desired Settlement: Write off the rest of the billing.

Review: On May 31st. of 2012, All WEather LLC sealed cracks and re coated my driveway. The cracks have all opened up and the sealer is peeling off.I have tried calling, leaving messages and sending certified letters. I have never received any call back. Certified letter went unclaimed.

Review: IN JULY OF 2012 I HAD MY DRIVEWAY SEALED.AFTER THE FIRST WINTER IS WASHED MOSTLY AWAY. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CAME WHEN I WASN'T HOME AND LOOKED AT IT.I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE I GOT TO TALK TO [redacted] AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS A SUPPLIER ISSUE AND WHEN HE GETS IT STRAIGHTEND OUT HE WILL REDO MY DRIVEWAY,I BELEIVE IT WAS MARCH 2013 WHEN I CALLED AND HE SAID IT WAS TO COLD TO DO NOW ANYWAY AND WHEN IT WARMS UP HE WILL CALL ME AND SET UP A DATE TO REDO IT OVER.I WAITED A COUPLE OF MONTHS WITH NO RESPONSE.FINALLY WHILE LEAVING A MESSAGE,AFTER MANY MANY MESSAGES, I TOLD HIM I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE Revdex.com,HE FINALLY RESPONDED AND REDID IT.THEY DID A QUICK SLOPPY JOB.I CALLED TO TELL [redacted] TO COME AND LOOK AT THEIR WORK.I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN.I WAS OUT IN MY DRIVEWAY THIS W/E AND THE SEALER HAS AGAIN WASHED AWAY.I CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE WHICH I'M SURE,IT BEING 11AM THAT I WILL NOT GET A RESPONSEDesired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A TOTAL REFUND OF MY $890.00.THEY USE INFERIOR PRODUCTS AND THEIR SERVICE IS WELL BELOW PAR.I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND CAN'T AFFORD TO PAY FOR THESE VERY BAD SERVICES AND GET NO CUTOMER SERVICE SATISFACTION.THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.

Review: In July 2013 All Weather applied sealer to our driveway and filled the cracks. In the spring of 2014 we noticed several places where the sealer was gone. I called them and asked that they come back and re-do the driveway, told them I was very unhappy with the whole job including the cracks. [redacted] said he would come inspect the driveway and get back to me. He never called me back. I have made several calls to their office, at first speaking to a woman in the office, who said she would have [redacted] call me. He never did. Now they won't answer the phone. I have left several voicemails.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I do not trust that what they would use on the driveway will be of any quality if they came back and did it over

Review: They sealed all the cracks in my driveway and then sealed my driveway in August 2014. The sealer all started flaking off as of around October 2014, and is still coming off. I called 04-20-15 spoke to [redacted] who said they would come out to inspect. He has never showed, and I have left several messages with no return calls. [redacted] said that the driveway was probably not prepped correctly. Meanwhile nothing is getting done. A similar complaint from 2014 is on their site, and apparently nothing has been done. Would like them to come out and fix this issue. I have saved only one bucket full of the sealer as I had to continually sweep the driveway due to the sealer coming off.Desired Settlement: That they stand by their service and fix this issue.

I just had my driveway sealed last month. It looks fantastic! I have received such wonderful compliments from my neighbors. They are looking into getting theirs done as well. Thank you All Weather!
