I received a letter from the Revdex.com....Gail...whats up?..I had originally scheduled you in the spring to do a further repair that I had verified with your own eyes that the water was coming from 4-5 up past your skylite chute that I have pictures of clearly showing the water was coming...

in from all over bypassing everything and going down that beam aligned with the skylite....You agreed and so did your husband that it was clearly not our fault....we have brand new wood...and the entire thing is covered with peel and stick rubber...there is no way its coming from that area...It was you who delayed me from coming over in the spring to take further shingles up on both sides of the ridge because that was soaked..and even created a lot of water marks on even your attic cover from the closet....You told me to hold off on even coming over because you wanted to see if you could get a new roof based upon the GAF lawsuit going on...At that point my job was to come in your attic and take pictures to help further your case...The summer was extremely hot..and it would have been physically dangerous to do the inspection for you..I had left you several messages and spoke to you on atleast 2 occasions atleast keeping you in the loop.. My last message was that I was coming over to take pictures for you for your lawsuit when it gets cooler...and then I get this... This is not very honest and upfront ..We verified it was not our fault...But I thought we had a good repore....I will answer the Revdex.com in the same way I am answering you...I will inform the Revdex.com that I will be there within 10 days to test the skylite and verify what I know... I will do what I said....You must allow to do this...If you don't .. I will have to schedule a field supervisor from the Consumer Affairs Dept to come over so I can bring him in your attic...Weve been in business for many years gail...and we have done many many skylites.....and none of them leak...we are here to do whats right...so please lets keep this friendly and professional...  I am going to forward this to the Revdex.com including everything you told me in the Spring cause if I knew you were going to do this I would have been there...you never called to say it was continuing to leak other than when I came over in the very early spring...that's not fair! call me please at ###-###-#### so we can schedule to come and verify the leak..and if it is our fault..I will fix it on the spot...MartinAll Weather Roofing.Inc

Review: All Weather contracted to repair a skylight leak at a cost of $450.00. When [redacted] came to do the work, he said it was a larger problem which would include a new skylight and increased the scope of work and price to $1500.00. After the skylight was replaced, I continued to have a leak which has worsened. I called All Weather to say there was still a leak. [redacted] now came out and did what he said was a minor adjustment to the install. The skylight continued to leak. [redacted] came out again and said it was now a roofing problem. He said he would take care of it. He has never returned to fix the problem. His last response to my phone calls was that he wasn't coming, and being in business wasn't worth it to continue.Desired Settlement: I paid All Weather $1500 to fix a leak. The leak has worsened. All Weather says they are going to do nothing more. I want my entire cost of $1500 to be refunded.
