All Weather Roofing has been doing repairs to [redacted] 's roof for nearly three yearsThey have a EPDM Rubber roof that is in poor condition The roof in nearly 85,square feetWhen I first saw the roof I suggested that it be replaced The owner said he didn't have the money and wanted us to do repairs at the agreed amount of per hour plus materialsWe have been working at that same rate for three years We always check in with their supervisor when we arrive and also check in when we leave They always paid us within days of doing the work Our hours and our bills have never been questioned We were working on the roof june 2,6,and the total bill for that period was hours plus materialsThey called us out again on June to do workHalf way through the day I asked them to call me because the bill from earlier this month was not paid They said they would have my check the next dayI told my guys to finish up today and don't come back on the 27th until I get a checkMy son dropped off the bill the next day for the work on the 26th and was told our check for was ready but needed to be signed by the owner when he gets back in town on the 30th I came by on the 30th at and asked for the check and was told there was no checkI called several times to speak to the owner and he would not respond I left the property On my way down the street I saw the supervisor [redacted] we always deal with and followed him back to the buildingI asked him why he was dodging my calls He said he was sorry about the check, I'm not the boss He said he was told the check was ready and there was nothing he could doI don't believe the company has the money to pay the billI finally was able to speak to the owner over the weekendHe said he didn't believe we spent the hours we did and wouldn't pay anything unless the hours were verified We set up a meeting for the 5th at 11am with myself, [redacted] my guys and the owner I told my guys what was going on They realized they left equipment on the roof from our last visit and they were afraid they wouldn't be allowed back on the roof after the 11am meeting so they went out the previous day the retrieve there equipment They had company trucks labelled clearly, went up on the roof as they had done for years and were attacked by a mad man with a gunThey grabbed there stuff and left The police stopped them on the way out The officer said he didn't believe it looked like we were up to anything, but was very upset with the guy with the gun He call me threatening me and my men and said you will never get a nickel out of me and said he would ruin my reputationThis guy is dishonest No company will take on the repair responsibility for this roof for anywhere near what we charged Whenever we have heavy winds and rain his roof rips apart Nothing can stop it

I am rejecting this response because:It is entirely false Half the roof is less than years oldHe was never told he would get a check the next day In fact, my warehouse manager said no one worked here those days.When I asked Mike about his 150/hr, he said it was for guys, sometimes I asked my warehouse manager and he said there were never more than two I asked mike and he said he told me it was 2, sometimes which he did not He dropped off a shady statement and showed up the next day ringing the doorbell for about an hour Then he threatened to harm my roof and myself Then I finally got an "invoice" The date of 3/30/was crossed out, he used two colors of ink, and couldn't even tell me how much it was for after he left it here.He call one time and I called him back He has never checked in with my warehouse manager and I suspect has been ripping me off for over two years.When I saw his truck, he told me he had no men working and that I was crazy When I said I see his truck he told me that he was going to " [redacted] up" my roof I had earlier asked the two guys why they were there on a fourth of july holiday and they said they were patching and would be a few hours They had rubber and a roller, but no adhesive I called the police and they finally left Mike called me saying they were there to pick up tools They picked up no tools and said they were there for "patching" What they were there for was to destroy my roof When Mike asked if would be getting a check the next day, I told him that it does not look good and then he proceeded to threaten me I asked him if he really was stupid enough to threaten me and hung up I did not threaten to do anything to him I think the public needs to know what they are dealing with with they call all weather roofing He is a bad liar and a thief I can upload his ridiculous excuse for an invoice if needed

All Weather Roofing has been doing repairs to the building owned by Mr*** for three years. We had been on his property supervised by his employees at least a dozen times over those three years. He always paid his invoice within a week until our last two visits. He promised to pay those two invoices but never did. He lied several times to me as to when he would pay the last to invoices totaling $7,600. His complaint with the Revdex.com is ridiculousThe last time we were on the property to retrieve our tools, he pulled a gun on a year old and threatened his lifePeople like this guy usually get what they deserve in the long runPeople come up with unbelievable excuses sometimes when they can't pay what they owe.
