All Weather Seal Coating

We hired [redacted] in his crew and we were impressed with him from first contact We had our office assistant call to request estimates from companies all of which came recommended to usOnly companies actually returned our calls and only followed through with estimates [redacted] estimate fell right in the middle but we were highly impressed with the detail of his written estimate He had counted number of stripes to be repainted, how many handicap markings, fire zone markings, detailed the process he would use and told us the type of paint he used When we contacted [redacted]  he came to the office and answered every question and we scheduled on the spot To our excitement he worked with businesses and was able to do our parking lot on the weekend when there would be less traffic The Friday before he was to begin working he called and said it looked like there would be rain the next day could they start prep work when the office closed on Friday evening so they could beat the storm They began work and showed up bright and early on Saturday They did an amazing job! I called [redacted] to have an estimate done and he had the estimate done quickly [redacted] told me my driveway needed to be pressure-washed in order to clean off the moss and dirt that has collected since its last sealcoat due to the fact that much of the driveway stays shaded I greatly appreciated this fact, because he could have sealcoated it without cleaning and it likely would not have lasted to its full service-life He came back and looked at the driveway after it was cleaned and scheduled the date and time to do the seal coat It rained that day - and the next two scheduled dates - but each day, [redacted] would call and let me know that he wasn't going to be able to do it and would reschedule another time When the weather held off, they were on time, and completed the driveway quickly I was pleasantly suprised at how neat the work was done - no overspray on my lawn, house, garage doors etc He also patched a whole in the end of the driveway that turned out to be bigger than he initially thought - he made this repair at no additional charge to the original estimate We've had many comments on how fantastic our driveway looks I had concerns about one section of the driveway that hadn't quite dried because of the pavement itself and its tendency to hold water under the surface I called [redacted] and discussed it with him before driving on it He told me that it should be fine, as it had been drying for days and guarnateed that if the sealcoat did experience problems, he would come back and repair or reseal free of charge [redacted] is honest, extremely responsive, and personable He guarantees his work and will go to any length to ensure customer satisfaction All Weather is the only company in the area that I will have seal my driveway
