shewould like leaf guard installed on one section of rain gutter on the west side of the residence. I informedher due to the volume of trees on and around her property, I would recommend leaf guard to be placedon the entirety of the gutters. At that time [redacted] didn't believe that it would be in her budget to get theleaf guard installed around the house. She opted to get leaf guard installed on one section of the raingutter. I informed her that failure to put leaf guard everywhere would create clogging and overflowing.Since then, she's contacted me multiple times telling me that her gutters are overflowing and that Iincorrectly put the leaf guard in the wrong section of gutter. I explained to her that it was the section weagreed to place it on. I told Ms. [redacted] that I would be more than happy to clean and install new leaf guardin the section where it was clogged for a fee. There was a 10% fee reduction offered for Ms. [redacted] forbeing a repeated customer to help with the issue. She still refused the offer and insisted on getting thework done for free. I am still more than willing to clean her gutters and install leaf guard to ensure thereis no longer any issue of clogging and overflowing gutters. However this is not work that will be providedfor free. This situation was fully addressed before the job was started.
