I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have...

determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It’s interesting to me that the proprietor is saying that he
never received my 30-days’ notice when it was included in my last payment with
my forwarding address.  He had no trouble cashing my last check.  And, he received
further correspondence, text messages, as well as phone calls after we vacated
his storage unit and neglected to get our deposit back.  And, he is outright lying that he had to
sweep out our unit.  We are very
conscientious people that always leave a space clean, if not cleaner than when
we found it.  That is just simply how we
operate.  I feel as though this
proprietor is a liar and a thief.  And, I
have no doubt, that he has likely done this to other tenants.  We gave no cause to not receive our deposit
back.

Revdex.com spoke to Ronald at business and the following was relayed: There was no 30 day written notice provided, I even checked emails. I also had to sweep out the unit before it could be re-rented.
