All Wet Scuba

I signed up my husband and children for dive lessons with All Wet.They were suppose to have study materials for all 3, they only provided it for They were very pushy about selling gear to usWhen the DVD they provided us did not work and my husband went back to the shop *** one of the owners gave him a lecture on why using a Mac product to view the DVD was inferior and the problem was probably my husbands inability to use his own computerA he came home I called the shop to ask if there was a problem (I was the one who selected them )I said you don't appear to care for us as clientsI was told by ***, "No refundsIf you could read you would know that, obviously you are an it."

My credit card company was happy to issue me a refund
