This client, as all clients that order the same set of suspension, are notified from the first contact via phone or email, that 6-weeks is delivery time pending no delaysUpon placing the order (2500+CC fee), he let me know that "there was no rush" if they weren't delivered within the
time frame, as he had an extra set or struts to runThis did not become an issue until he wanted to buy another set of struts once his parts were already being machined for his carThere are often instances that can create delays with custom built partsThese are built to suit for each application, and the build parts (strut inserts, bushings, housings, brackets, etc) are typically ordered when the strut order is placed by the clientIt is not uncommon that the inserts themselves can take weeks or more to arrive at my shop to then get machined (1-more weeks)If there is a delay with parts, machining or other parts of the build process, the client is notifiedThis client was notified once we knew there was a parts delay that was out of our controlIn this case, as mentioned to the client, that would add another few weeks of build/shipping time to the eta of delivery to himHe then decided to report us to Revdex.com, and file a chargebackThis is a very unfortunate situation as the money refunded to him was pulled from my business account and was actually paid back with funds that were not at all his to claimThe amount he was charged was used to buy, ship (from diststo here), machine, powdercoat and build the parts for his carBasically he has taken money from other clients' parts orders, as well as directly from my operating capitolAdditionally, I am getting ready to move and downsize my business, so the timing could not be worseIt is due to clients and situations like this that I am nearly ready to stop building custom parts, or dealing with internet sales all togetherHe has also slandered myself and my business onlineI will be disputing the chargeback with my merchant services companyIt is truly sad that when someone custom orders something from a vendor that is clear there could be delays due to the nature of the process, then they get impatient, the business has to suffer via BB reports and chargebacksThis is the entitlement era, especially if a credit card is used for a purchaseThere should be no way that businesses should have to pay for client's changing their mind/buying decision after their order is in production

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
- Now 13 weeks after the order was placed, there is still no product and the business has been unresponsive (took them 12 calendar days to response to the Revdex.com inquiry). Even with the extra 2-3 weeks extra delay that the business mentioned they needed, we are way passed the deadline.
- The business has never issued an invoice for the payment
- The business complains about online customers but their online shop shows 100 units in stock (http://parts.allwheelsdriven.net/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&a... does not mention any credit card fees or cancellation policy (http://parts.allwheelsdriven.net/index.php?main_page=shippinginfo).

The business has never been proactive in notifying any delay and there have been multiple complaints on online forums about this (not just me, I might just be the first one to take it to the Revdex.com). I was able to obtain a similar product from another company in 3 weeks and even though I understand that a smaller shop might incur delays in production, their disregard for their customers is totally unacceptable. Note that they did not offer any way to resolve this issue besides complaining about how bad a client I am because I still don't have a product that should have been delivered weeks ago.
With no product, no invoice and no cancellation policy I had no choice but to file a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back.
Sincerely,[redacted]
