After speaking to All Wildlife Removal I was explained the extensive process that would need to be done to rid them for good Everyone I dealt with was polite and very professional and took my questions and concerns very seriously
They knew that this was causing us a great deal of stress with the damage to our home and took it very seriously reassuring the damage would be repaired properly to keep the squirrels from gaining entrance back into our attic
The employees that came to the house to do the work surveyed the entire house and screened off any potential areas squirrels could find a way to re enter the atticThey were all very friendly and knowledgeableWhen they had completed the job the damage from the squirrels was repaired and they cleaned the area up very well They even checked my attic to see if I needed any extra insulation

I contacted All Wildlife Removal on a Friday for squirrel removal and Jeff came to our home to give us an estimate He explained to me what procedures they would be doing and told me to have my husband call him with any questions he may have We decided to go ahead and the company was there on Monday morning after calling to tell us the time they would be arriving The squirrel removal was as a result of a roofing company that didn't put back the wire mesh in the late spring after promising to do so We have lodged a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding that All Wildlife was very professional and we were glad to have our home squirrel free!

So I have been involved with All Wildlife for about a year now It wasn't a smooth process for us It all started when I found mice droppings in the basement I called a few places and settled upon All Wildlife, partly because they were so prompt in their response I had someone come out, inspect the job and provide me with a quoteI agreed and the job was started Initially, we had some difficulties a discrepancy around the quote and issues with communication After the job was "done", it was learned that it really wasn't done and there were a few missed areas that should have been identified In the end, it was resolved and I was left feeling extremely confident in the company Mainly because each time a problem arose, Paul (the owner) was honest, up front and addressed each issue and took responsibility for seeing that it was fixed It was him that identified the areas that were missed (I would have been none the wiser) and to me that shows great integrity Even with the mishaps it's been a pleasure working with Paul and I hope I never have the 'need' to see him again!!:)

In December, I started to smell skunk odour by my back deck One evening I saw two skunks in my back yardI wasn't sure if I had unwanted friends under the deck or notI called All Wildlife Removal and the next day Jared Hcame to assess what he thought should be doneHe said that a mesh wire should be put around the deck and then a one way door put in placeThis was done in two daysThe workers were very polite and explained what they were doingThe work was done around the deck that dayJared came to check on the workA few days later the workers returned to do a few other minor things and they baited the doorWe don't know if the skunks left before the mesh was put up or if they are are hibernating thereHowever it is ready for spring if they emerge and if not they will not be finding a home under my deck

Over the course of the holidays I discovered a raccoon had entered the attic. Called All Wildlife to come out to quote on the remediation.
The estimator showed up on time, did a thorough job evaluating what needed to be done and provided me with a comprehensive quote.
I went ahead with the job, crew showed up as arranged - called ahead to let me know they were en-route.
Once on site they went about their work professionally. On completion one of the lads took me for a walk around and made sure I was aware of what they had done and that it was to my satisfaction -- All good.

All Wildlife Animal Removal lived up to all the reviews, I have read and the reason why I called them. Jeff was at our house within an hour of our call. He was quick to confirm we had racoon babies in our chimney. The technicians, Brandon and Mike followed and were working on safely removing the babies within thirty minutes. Unfortunately, the mom and one of the babies were a little more difficult. However, they had a plan in place and ensured we were well informed on how it was to play out. Everything went smoothly as planned and our chimney is now free of racoons. There was no damage to our home and the racoons were able to safely find a new home. The whole team was quick, friendly and informative.

I moved into an older home and quickly became aware that there were other occupants already living there. All Wildlife Removal was recommended to me by a family member who had used them to help with a skunk problem. They were fantastic. They quickly figured out that I had a squirrel infestation and installed extensive screening along my roof and below my deck. The technicians were friendly and professional. On Sunday December 21st, we discovered a racoon in our attic along with damage to our roof and roof vents. We called All Wildlife as their website professed professional, accredited services. We were extremely disappointed with the lack of service, and inefficiency of their scheduling process. In the end, they did not show up within the window of time we were expecting and arrangements were unclear as to what they were showing up for...an estimate or to remove the racoon. It seemed impossible to confirm arrangements. Two days wasted and we cancelled the ill-fated appointment and moved on to another company.

I confirmed I had a problem with squirrels nesting in my attic. The following day, right on time, Mike, the operations mgr, Brandon (the animal technologist), and team descended like a "SWAT team" to: 1) assess the extent of the infestation; 2) plan the optimal exit point for the animals, and; 3) protect other areas of the home to prevent follow-on infestations. The team was in and around my home for only about 90 minutes after installing a humane 1-way trap exit door and multiple steel mesh screenings around vents etc. Most importantly, the "offending" 3 juvenile squirrels had left my attic within 6 hours of finishing their work! Mike and his team were incredibly professional, worked in and around my home in a respectful and efficient manner and were obviously concerned about humanely dealing with the offending animals. As this is an un-regulated industry, I really did not know what to expect, but Mike and the team from All Wildlife exceeded my expectations in every way.

We had All Wildlife mouse proof our house last fall when I noticed some critters running up the exterior of the house into the roofline. All Wildlife really put my mind at ease. They were diligent, professional and polite. They sealed the holes around the house and put humane traps at the entry points. We haven't had any problems since. However this summer I noticed some noises on the roof. I gave them another call, thinking they were squirrels in the attic. They checked the house, reassured me the noises were just on the roof, not in the attic but reinforced the chimney screening. We had an estimate for our house done over the phone by this company. When they came to begin work they saw that our house was missing downspouts which was an additional cost. However they agreed they would honor their quote and did the downspouts for free. A really great company. Worked on their own without needing us for anything (only to come in and use the bathroom and even then they respected our house and took off their shoes to keep it clean). And they cleaned up all their stuff outside too. A++++ a truly professional operation.
