Consumer is outside of the warranty periodWe have sent her a manual of her software

I am rejecting this response because:I am not outside of my warranty and I have not received a manual or any support for the product to date as promised.I was told that I had a year warrantyThe system was
installed December 2016.*** called me the evening of August 21, very irate that I would file a complaint against himHe then stated to me, well, you are still under warranty and I will see about having someone from the software company contact youThat never happened! No manual, no nothing!To date: Now, I cannot save any files using the webapp (webclient_9000) that I am suppose to use to retrieve the video from a browserIt appears that this app is not supported by the web browsersThe software company would be able to help me with this, however *** refuses to offer any support or give me a 1-number to contact someone.*** has given me absolutely NO HELP at all! I would like this resolved immediately!!!
