Sorry you are having trouble with our repair. All Wireless Repair gives a 30 day warranty in case there is a problem. Simply bring the device back to us and we will fix whatever is wrong. You have requested that we work with a third party repair shop to resolve this issue....
Although we appreciate the helpful comments from other repair shops, we really need to address any warranty issues at our own store with our own technicians.
We take all complaints seriously and look forward to assisting you as soon as possible. This is our second complaint with the Revdex.com in 8 years, and we want to resolve it as soon as possible.
