Review: On June **, 2014 my insurance company and I tried to rectify billing errors with [redacted] billing department and receptionist. Unfortunately neither the two [redacted] agents or myself could communicate effectively the simple solution to the billing and coding errors made by [redacted] billing department. The billing department refused to rectify their errors stating I was not billed!I was billed and $319.45 was taken out of my HRA Fund to pay for the lab work and the two preventive test I had. My lab work and the two preventive test [redacted] had me do is covered at 100% when coded correctly and sent to an in network lab. June **, Billing department left a message to fax the bills to the office. ( I still have this message on my phone) I sent all the documents proving I was charged $319.45. I also faxed a detailed letter to [redacted] explaining the billing error and needed to speak with her about my bone density test. On October [redacted] I called [redacted] office to have her call me about my test results, I still have not heard from [redacted]. I also tried to speak with the billing department and they hung up on me everytime I called. [redacted] office is extremely unprofessional! I will no longer be a patient of [redacted] because her office as no respect for my financial concerns and well-being!Properly inputed codes and new insurance information is extremely important for both the patient and their Dr. I should not be financially responsible for billing and coding errors!October **, 2014 I still have not heard from [redacted] and the billing error has not been corrected.Desired Settlement: [redacted] billing department rectify their billing and coding errors and reimburse me $319.45.I want all my records to be sent at no cost to me to:[redacted]
