Review: On November 20th, My husband an I looked at the displayed cabinets and thought they looked nice.
The colors to choose from were White,Cherry wood,Maple. We decided to have the maple cabinets installed along with the granite counter tops, Master bathroom Cabinets and Granite counter tops,
The guest bathroom only granite. The kitchen cabinets were installed along with the granite counter tops. My husband was off December 15th when the guys installed the cabinets. My husband called me on my cell to tell me 4 OFF THE CABINETS IN THE KITCHEN THEY INSTALLED WAS DARK BROWN AND THE REST OF THE CABINETS ARE MAPLE. I called the manager Mr. Q[redacted] when his installers were putting the cabinets in an told him about the different color cabinets. He told me nothing he can do about it. Than he said go ahead an bring them in and he will see what he can do!I told him he needs to take care of this problem. I had paid him in full. The next day my husband brought some of the kitchen cabinets and showed him they are DIFFERENT COLORS. He told my husband nothing he can do! My Husband was upset. THIS IS HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS LIKE THIS.It would not cost his company much to change the face on the cabinets. THIS WAS HIS COMPANIES FAULT!!!! THE CABINETS SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED BEFORE INSTALLED IN MY HOUSE.I AM RENOVATING THIS HOUSE. I AM GETTING READY TO SELL IT. NOW THE CABINETS LOOK HORRIBLE.
FIRST THING A CUSTOMER IS GOING TO SEE THE DIFFERENT COLOR CABINETS. I WILL MAKE SURE AND TELL THEM ALL WOOD CABINETS & HOME CENTER INC. DID THIS. I SPENT $6,000.00 for cabinets that were messed up!!!!
I WILL TAKE THIS TO COURT IF NOTHING IS RESOLVEDDesired Settlement: The messed up cabinets changed to the right color of the cabinets MAPLE

Dear [redacted]- This email is in reference to a complaint I had submitted to Revdex.com against All wood Cabinets and Home Center Inc. 500 Jefferson Hwy. Jefferson, La. 70121. I have worked this out with Quain of All Wood Cabinets and he swapped out the off color cabinet drawers with new drawers that match the other cabinets. I am satisfied with the outcome and I appreciate Mr. Q[redacted] of All Wood Cabinets for resolving this issue. Please update your Revdex.com records to reflect the positive outcome from this.
