MERCHANDISE FROM THIS COMPANY USUALLY TAKES 4-WEEKS TO ARRIVE TO US BUT WITH IMPORTS THERE ARE SOMETIMES

CUSTOMER CLEMENT CALLED HER CHARGE CARD COMPANY AND HAD HER $REVERSED
SHE STATED TO ME THAT SHE WANTS THE MERCHANDISE AND I ASSURED HER THAT IT WAS SHIPPED TO US AND THAT IT WILL BE IN BY THE END OF JULY
IT IS WAREHOUSED IN CALIFORNIA
I SENT THE CHARGE CARD COMPANY THE BILL OF LADING TO SHOW THE MDSE WAS SHIPPED AND THEY REVERSED THE CHARGE BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT
I CALLED CUSTOMER CLEMENT ON 7/**/AND LEFT A MESSAGE STATING THE MERCHANDISE WILL BE ARRIVING ON 7/**/AND WE CAN DELIVER TO HER ANY DAY AFTER THAT
I ALSO HAD THE DELIVERY COMPANY CALL HER ON 7/**/AND THAT IS WHEN SHE SAID SHE DID NOT WANT IT ANY LONGER
I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT HER CONTRACT READS THAT WE HAVE UP TO WEEKS TO DELIVER MERCHANDISE OR THERE IS A 30% RESTOCKING FEE
SHE TOOK NO ACTION AT HIS POINT FOR SHE WAS WAITING FOR THE WEEKS TO PASSHOWEVER, I SENT HER CERTIFIED LETTERS AND WHEN SHE RECEIVED THEM SHE STARTED TO TAKE ACTIONSHE REVERSED HER $1000.00 ON 8/**/AND LEFT A NASTY MESSAGE ON OUR ANSWERING MACHINE THAT WAS NOT CALLED FOR
JUST FOR THE RECORD THE MERCHANDISE WAS ORIGINALLY $CUSTOMER CLEMENT BOUGHT IT FOR $AND HER DELIVERY CHARGE WAS $AND SHE RECEIVED
IT FOR ONLY $109.00 I ALSO OFFERED HER NUMEROUS APOLOGIES FOR THE SLIGHT DELAY AND COMPENSATION OF $IN GOOD FAITH

The company indicated that it would take weeks to receive the furniture It took over weeks to receive the furniture and when it arrived, part of it was a lower cost furniture that was incorrect I was told it would take 'no longer than two weeks' to swap out the wrong furniture and receive the correct furniture However, it took another weeks to receive it All I got was 'I'm sorry...I understand, etcfrom the company representatives I felt it was a 'bate and switch' deal that if I hadn't been persistent, I may have never received the proper furniture at all I will never purchase from this company again

Second, he omitted what I was informed of with 'arrival dates'. Third, I never left a "nasty" message
As per his claim for giving me a better price on merchandise...There was a SALE SIGN, clearly marked with SALE PRICE, sitting on top of the table...He did not do me any favors. (I never even met ***...he was not there)

The company indicated that it would take 4 weeks to receive the furniture. It took over 9 weeks to receive the furniture and when it arrived, part of it was a lower cost furniture that was incorrect. I was told it would take 'no longer than two weeks' to swap out the wrong furniture and receive the correct furniture. However, it took another 8 weeks to receive it. All I got was 'I'm sorry...I understand, etc. from the company representatives. I felt it was a 'bate and switch' deal that if I hadn't been persistent, I may have never received the proper furniture at all. I will never purchase from this company again.

Review: 4-**-14=Deposit placed on Dining Room Table & 6 Chairs. [redacted]),[redacted] & [redacted]. Three different answers for delivery dates/deposit amounts.'Delivery' was supposed to be '4weeks'(not "4 months")..If,I had known, I never would have ordered it.Numerous phone calls, equated with numerous excuses & 'new' arrival dates.7-**-14=I spoke with 'Warehouse'..order is in...but,was impossible to deliver the 'month' of July,since they were closed. Tues-Sat of the following week =(equals 15 weeks of waiting), would be the soonest. [redacted] is trying to claim 30% extra charge from me...I did not receive/nor/accept order.Desired Settlement: I do not wish to be charged extra for merchandisenot received/or/accepted..According to "[redacted]'s"home made contract...He had up until "16 weeks".If it were not for all 'my' phone calls..would they even had been aware of "the TIMELY DELIVERY"?ONE WEEK SHY of 'his contract', HE EXPECTS TO RECEIVE almost $660.00 from ME.. CONSUMER BEWARE !!
