Prosource delivered and installed hardwood flooring through an interior design firm I had contracted for the installation of hardwood floors throughout my homeThe hardwood floors started to deteriorate and show signs of delamination as early as months after the installation and continue to crack, lift and show gapping and deteriorationThe product is outsourced and does not match the sample I had originally chosen, and the visibly distressing process to which the floors are subjected after my having spent nearly $9,towards their product and its installation speaks to the poor quality of the product and servicesThe company has only offered to replace several boards (less than 2% of the surface) but the damage is far too advanced and the process continues to take placeThey failed to deliver a warranty certificate upon the completion of this work in order to instruct in the proper care and maintenance of their product, failed to deliver to me an inspection report in due time
