I am rejecting this response because: I have now had two concrete contractors look at the problemBoth have given estimates to repair the problem, one at $14,000.00, the other for lessBoth mentioned removing the residue and applying a sealerWhen I had the work done the contractor told me that sealer would result in the driveway becoming slippery and dangerousNow I discover there is sealer that I'd non-slip which I was not informed about by the installerI am not willing to pay a large sum to repair what I see as an inadequate job

We have emailed numerous amounts of time explaining to this homeowner that this is a build up of calciumThe job is done right per California code

To begin with I did respond to the text messages and I habe proof of thatWe offer a year warranty on all work as per State of California requirementWe explain to this customer in detail in regards to this matterShe has informed us that she will hire a plumberThis project happened years
ago and the warranty is expiredThis is not a warranty issue

As explained multiple times to this homeowner, this is calcium build up and is not part of bad workmanship nor bad concrete. customer. Have not ignored them at all. I can forward emails if needed. We are not concrete cleaners nor do we do mainenance on concrete as explained. We only install new concrete. Please reply if needed. Thank you
