A charge of $19lappeared on my credit card When I called the book that they said had been downloaded I had never heard of - and it wasn't on our devices at any time I cancelled the "order" and requested a refund Recently I called again re the refund and was told that "someone had downloaded the book and charged the credit card after the free interim period" I requested a reply if no refund was given but the rep doubted that would happen I believe this is a scam

I am not aware that I am a Customer of All*Books *
877-859-TexasI have been receiving a charge of $on a particular credit card for at least recent monthsI need to go through my statements to see if it has occurred more often
As far as I know I have no association with this business, but they have taken my money
I buy a lot of books on line so I slipped past this charge, thinking, "Oh, yesI bought a book this month."
Anyway, this is a complaint that this company has defrauded me, and others, by charging our cards for some unknown purchases
