We live in Northern Illinois and we contacted [redacted] in March to set up an appointment to replace our ftround pool linerI should have known it was bad when we contacted him again in early May and he didn't have any record of our callHe & his staff were very nice when on our property and we tipped them generouslyHowever that is where it stopsThe pool leaked from the light and [redacted] sent someone out to look at itWe purchased new gaskets and agreed to pay him to install them even though we have a yrwarrantyThat is where the communication stoppedHe does not return our calls any longer and obviously isn't honoring the warrantyThere is a simple marketing principle; if you have a good experience you probably tell a few people, if you have a bad experience you tell a few hundred peopleI'm on my way to telling everyone...IF YOU CAN USE ANYONE ELSE TO SERVICE YOUR POOL, DO ITDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED

I should have known it was bad when we contacted him again in early May and he didn't have any record of our call. He & his staff were very nice when on our property and we tipped them generously. However that is where it stops. The pool leaked from the light and [redacted] sent someone out to look at it. We purchased new gaskets and agreed to pay him to install them even though we have a 1 yr. warranty. That is where the communication stopped. He does not return our calls any longer and obviously isn't honoring the warranty. There is a simple marketing principle; if you have a good experience you probably tell a few people, if you have a bad experience you tell a few hundred people. I'm on my way to telling everyone...IF YOU CAN USE ANYONE ELSE TO SERVICE YOUR POOL, DO IT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
