Clean Earth recently came under the new ownership of Luis Pinon and has been trying to clean up the mess that the old owners and employees made*** *** was one of their customers at the timeNow that Clean Earth has a new owner all the
open past due accounts from previous ownership were sent to collectionsA lot of the old customers that were sent to collections didn't actually owe the amount that was on their accountWhat had happened was the old office manager had continued to bill the people even though they had canceled service and were not being picked upIt showed in our books that they owed even though they had canceledFor the people who had canceled at the end of or beginning of that were still being billed, we contacted the collections to let them know that their account should be deleted so that it wouldn't affect their creditWhen *** *** contacted us about this issue we tried to explain to her that she in fact did not owe us any money and that her account had already been closed with the collection agencyShe was very upset and would not let us explain to her what had happenedWe explain this to many other customers calling wondering why they were sent collections and they all understood and were niceShe was very rude about the ordeal and was yelling
at my employees even though we were trying our hardest to explain what had happened and make things rightAs for problems with her piin XXXX-XXXX, we had nothing to do with thatWe have new owners and employees since then and she is not a current customerAny problems that she may have had would be towards past employees and owners

They explained that they were collecting on everyone who had cancelled before January There was no debt and in fact they owe me for service not renderedIf they can collect on ex-customers, then they owe those same peopleI want my money back and damages
