I put in 4 LED bulbs from ALLA Lighting Auto LED Bulbs and one went of and on, so they sent me a warranty replacement...that one then did not work either. So in turn for my safety I brought my car to the dealership for them to tell me that nothing is wrong with my vehicle, that it was the lights not working properly. I have an invoice for proof of payment and what the technician said. I could not drive without properly lit bulbs because I drive in the country and my safety was a concern. *** at *** Honda stated the same. When the second bulb was sent out Frank told me that it's really out of characteristic for the bulbs to not function with my year, make and model.

We are sending this message as our reply for the complaint ID 14186428. Please see below our perspective and details regarding claim.
Customer contact us via phone regarding issue with one LED bulb Amazon ASIN# B07MNYNL3X on February 5 2020. Per the details customer provided, we accepted manufacture warranty claim RMA# W20020515 and sent a new replacement LED bulb. A message was sent advising customer a replacement bulb was sent and instructions to return the LED bulb which as the issue back to ALLA Lighting for further testing (part of manufacture warranty) Per phone conversation, customer was advised if have any issues or questions, to contact us for further assistance. The new replacement LED bulb was tested before shipping to ensure quality of product and shipped via USPS tracking 94***76
Customer did not contact us when experienced an issue with the new replacement bulb (as advised via phone and message) Thus, we were unable to further assist with issue or diagnostics (3rd party may not have proper tools to test LED technology products). Customer also did not return the 1st LED bulb in which experienced an issue as instructed under the manufacture warranty claim RMA# W20020515 for testing. Customer then contacted us advising vehicle was taken for diagnostics without prior contact with ALLA Lighting on February 26 2020.
The item purchase has a manufacture warranty in which we advise for any issues or questions, to contact ALLA Lighting. ALLA Lighting does not advise or recommend 3rd party installation or assistance. When customer contacted us after receiving a 3rd party diagnostics, customer was a advised of possible issue diagnostic which would be due to the vehicle Can Bus system and not the LED bulbs. Since all LEDs are low current, at times, the vehicle electrical system is unable to read the low current of the LED bulbs. This is stated and listed on the product listing details (please see attached image) In which a load resistor is then required. Customer was advised however customer did not want to proceed with our suggested solution and insisted on a 2nd replacement bulb. We advise to return the items back to ALLA lighting for further testing due to new details regarding customer vehicle and issue or return for refund. Customer was sent a 2nd replacement LED bulb as a courtesy (1st warranty claim was not closed due to customer did not return requested LED bulb) The 2nd replacement LED bulb was sent via USPS tracking # 94***95 with a provided prepaid return label. Customer was advised to return both LED bulbs (1st LED bulb and 1st replacement LED bulb) to ALLA Lighting to further assist, however no items were returned. Prepaid return label tracking # 94***91 which was not used.
Customer did not contact ALLA Lighting for any assistance after 1st replacement LED bulb was provided. We did not encouraged or advise to obtain a 3rd party diagnostics without prior contact. Customer was also provided with a 20% refund as a courtesy gesture (see order confirmation attachment) As of March 12 2020 customer has yet return any of the requested items as part of further assistance requirements as outlined in warranty responses to test and diagnose issue.

I am rejecting this response because: It was in the best interest of me to get my lights working properly so that I could drive in the dark. I drive in the country for work and this is what my best option was to ensure my safety; see attached invoice from Honda dealer (where vehicle was originally purchased). Findings from the dealership that aftermarket bulbs were the culprit for the problems/errors. My request is for Alla to pay for the diagnosis from Honda ($167). That is the least they could do to ensure their customer's safety. I attached a proof of IM from FB where they stated that the person on the phone should have mentioned about the resistors but they did not...Which I messaged back and said they did not. Alla sent out 2 replacements; stating that product was likely defective and replacements would cure the problem, they never mentioned that a resistor was needed because drivers side light remained operational. So my last option was to bring my car in for diagnostic testing...thinking that it was my car. I also have fog lights from Alla and never had an issue, it led me to believe the issue was my vehicle in turn it was not as stated in the report from Honda. I hope Alla does the right thing because I do not have extra money allocated for this. I put these bulbs in to make sure I could see more, which in turn put me in danger since I drive in the country.
