In response to the complaint made to the Revdex.com from ***, first we must start by stating that *** is NOT a customer of APlumbingWe contracted with his neighbor to replace his sewer lateral that was on the brink of failureUnfortunately
for everyone involved, the neighbors sewer line terminated into his neighbors backyard (***) which is what made this replacement very difficultThe city's main sewer line was in a utility easement seven feet deep under a planter which housed the shrubs that *** refers to in his complaintUtility easements are put into place while the housing development is being constructed to allow the maintenance and repair of utilitiesWhen the job was contracted with the neighbor it was agreed upon that all comminution would be handled by our customerOur customer was fully informed of the magnitude of the projectIt was also our customers responsibility to remove the shrubs, swing set, and restore landscapingAfter all, we are plumbers, not landscapersWe at APlumbing feel the our customer made every attempt to do what was expected in the restoration of his neighbors backyardHowever despite this formality, *** has decided to slander us all over the internet in attempt to create harm to APlumbing's reputationWe do take great pride in our workmanshipOur customer has been great to work with, and even went into ***s backyard to remedy the corrections necessary, however by then it was to late*** had already committed slander, libel and defamation to APlumbingUnfortunately legal action may need to be taken to recover the damages to APlumbing's sales
