I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Although, the accusations of me being a liar and being told there where stipulations to getting a refund are completely false. The woman (Cody) who made the transaction with me NEVER said anything other than I can have the full refund, should anything go wrong. I have a witness to prove it and almost 2 months worth of saved text messages between Cody and myself,  never once indicating anything other than that I will be getting a refund.  The receipt of the refund also does not state ANYWHERE about the stipulations they claim to have. I did, however,  FINALLY receive my refund, therefore I am happy.  Shame on that sad excuse for a business, though.  Doesn't surprise me, seeing the conditions of the place and their "face" of the company. I assume Cody was the liar here trying to save her own butt, making me out to be the bad guy. Thanks Revdex.com!
