We worked directly with the customer to address and resolve this issueAs a third party reseller of gift cards, we do occasionally run into this type of issueWe offer all our customers a day guarantee to protect them.As soon as we were notified of the problem and researched the invalid card,
we sent her a replacement card electronicallyShe was satisfied and the problem was fully resolved

Due to processing delays, the payment took longer than expectedWe have connected with the customer and paid her for the transaction via *** as she requestedT
