After seeing his posting for auto services on *** I decided to give him a call, without researching him (mistake #1)After giving him a call he showed up about hours later than the appointed timeWhich I should've cancelled right then and there but decided to give him a shot (mistake #2)After I told him what services I needed he tried to tell me I needed additional services, but we agreed on him replacing the AC Compressor as I had originally informed him (mistake #3)He told me could get a discounted compressor through his contact and then he told his labor feesWe agreed on the charges and I gave him cash to cover the cost of the parts (compressor and freon) as he PROMISED he would be back the next morning after acquiring the parts (mistake #4)I never saw him again and he was $richer with my moneyHe would answer my call if I called from a different number and then he proceeded to tell me that he couldn't complete the work because he felt threatened hahahaaaaaaHe said he would ship the parts to me but the compressor he mailed to me was not only for a different car but it was used and non-operational, which I didn't receive until a few weeks later

Allard Industries and our atturneys have come to the conclusion that mister and missus [redacted] decided they made the wrong decision to fix the car as he stated in the previous response. Mister [redacted] failed to think about this before signing a contract and putting money down for parts. I have offered mister [redacted] and his wife they're parts as stated in the contract and they have declined.Mister [redacted] altered my contract buy removing his signature. I did discuss the total amount of repairs including a idemized breakdown of parts and labor, return policy, and completion date. All which were violated by Mister [redacted].Allard Automotive Industries contract is written to protect both the consumer and Allard Automotive Industries in any case of cancellation.Mr [redacted] took it appon himself to assume my diagnostic was wrong. With my professional background of 15 years and my partners professional background of 35 years we are confident we performed our diagnostic correctly. There is nothing more to discuss about this matter. Allard Automotive Industries will still return all parts included in the contract to Mister [redacted]s residence as agreed, if allowed.Any further questions regarding this matter may be addressed to [redacted]Thank you and have a blessed day.[redacted]Allard Automotive Industries

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.True, [redacted] did say he would not make it that day but there's more to to this matter than that. [redacted] of [redacted] Automotive Industries did not return my calls or texts 90% of the time. When [redacted] couldn't keep the appointment, I bought a UV light at [redacted] & a neighbor & I found no leaks in the part that I paid for to replace. This lead us to the unfortunate fact that the evaporator is leaking, not the condenser that I paid for. If that's the actual problem, that would be too expensive to fix. That's why I decided to sell the car. I have a 2 year old daughter & she can not ride in a car with no AC in the Arizona desert during the hot summer! On another mater, I DID NOT ALTER THE PDF FILE that [redacted] emailed me. I still have the original email with that attachment that was sent from [redacted] Automotive Industries email address. That is impossible to alter! There is nothing in the contract that says "no refunds on parts". I will have no choice but to take legal action in small claims court if I do not receive my $280.00 refund for the parts. Regards,[redacted]

Professional and offered a fair price compared to other service shops. He actually knew more about my car and the difficulty of the job than anyone I called. He showed up ready to work on time and got the job done in very reasonable time on same day. Changed my motor mounts and some interior parts. I will hire again in future.
