Review: I'm writing to see if you can help with an ongoing problem with this company. My daughter is [redacted].She needs supplies on a monthly basis to live. Without these item's that are ordered through her doctor's my daughter will die. This company has ignored the order's and don't respond to my call's. I start my call to them at 9am and some days someone will answer and switch me to another line and then I'm hung up on. I've even made attempts to speak to the [redacted] and he doesn't even call back. This company has been provided with all the info they are needed to do their job and still every month I have a problem getting what my daughter requires for her basic survival. They send item that I don't need and didn't ask for, but the items I need for her is almost impossible to get. They tell me they send thing but in actuality their sending me the wrong item's and then wont take them back. I will start to log all this information and take it to the insurance company along with the state of New York. Please help me with this problem before my daughter gets to sick.Thank you for your timeDesired Settlement: I want to know why this company is trying to provide a service that is so important for so many people when they can't even answer the phone and provide you with the comfort of knowing when and if the supplies are coming into the house

Review: I ordered replacement equipment for my CPAP device, which I was told I was qualified for every three months. This included a new face mask, hose, and filter. This was in October of 2013. Over the next 12 months I would periodically check in to see where this equipment was. Here are the bullets. They shipped the equipment to an old address of mine in Astoria. I was still billed, and owed some $13, which I paid earlier this year. I requested that they ship a new set of equipment and asked specifically that it be shipped to my work address. It was not - it was shipped to my new home address in Jersey City. When I opened the shipment it was the wrong equipment, which included a filter that did not fit my CPAP, a mask that was not the brand or model of the mask I currently use. I got in contact with All Care and they mailed me a label to send back the equipment, which I did. They told me at that time that my equipment was on back order and that I would have to wait. I agreed, but no one told me how long it would be on back order, no one in this entire process ever followed up or notified me of anything, other than the bill. I checked in to see where the back order was and was told they no longer carry this mask. I was never notified, and they offered to get me in touch with their supplier, at which point I said, why don't you just offer me a comparable type of mask? I was then given over to a sales representative that offered me a similar mask type (nostril, not nasal, nor full face mask). I asked for a confirmation number and their word that I would not be charged. I got the word, but that there was no confirmation number. I asked when it would arrive and the rep said 7-10 business days. This last call was in October of 2014. I called today to see where the order was, since I had heard nothing about it. I found out today that my insurance didn't cover this new order. Why did no one reach out to me at any point of this ordeal at all or try to work with me. Every time I call I get pushed to someone else and I feel like they don't care about me as a customer. I asked the customer service rep today, so what am I supposed to do at this point, just go to [redacted], and she agreed that that would be my best bet!! I then asked to get copies of all bills and orders I have made, at which point I was transferred to billing, which was closed. I have had enough!! I need new equipment, and this company did nearly nothing to make sure that it happened.Desired Settlement: I want a new nostril mask, a new hose and a new filter, and I want it hand delivered to my door at this point because I feel like I cannot trust them to ship it. I want to be called at every single point - when my order is in, when my order is on the way, when my order is being delivered, and a smile when it is hand delivered to me at my office!!

Review: I called AllCare to have their hospital bed moved from my house on Sat. 11/**/14 to my fathers apt. one mile away. I was told it would be moved between 9 am & 1 pm and would cost $50 for the move. I was also told there would be no one to call that day if there was a problem. (First Red Flag). That morning, I got my ill father up and dressed and 8:30 am and waited for them to arrive. By 2:00 pm no one had called or arrived, so I scrambled to find assistance from family members. I called AllCare and left a voice mail to please contact me first thing Mon. morning, explaining what had happened. No one called. I called AllCare Monday at 9:30 am and spoke to Customer Service [redacted] and was told the notes said they responded to my home 3 times and no one was home. I asked where they responded and she gave my fathers address. I told her that was the wrong address and I had confirmed and reconfirmed the address when I scheduled the appt. She then changed what she said and told me they went to my house. I told her they couldn't have. She then said they tried calling on Sat. but my phone was out of service. I asked what # they called and she gave me the wrong number, which was a combination of my number and my fathers number. I asked to speak with a [redacted] so that I could find out what really happened, and she put me on hold, then told me he was busy. I told her I would wait. She put me on hold again for a long time, then told me he would call me back. I told her I was leaving for work soon and did not want spend the day waiting for a call back the way I spent Saturday waiting for service. I hung up. I waited 45 minutes, [redacted] never returned my call, so I called back. I was now told the [redacted] would not speak with me but another [redacted] was due in later. At this point I was extremely upset, telling her all I wanted was an official and true explanation as to why they would fail to assist an ill person and then fail to offer any explanation or resolution to that person/family when told of the error. I asked for the [redacted]s name, was told it was "[redacted]." I told her to tell them I would be filing a complaint with Revdex.com. I called back Tues, spoke to [redacted], who was very helpful. [redacted] did attempt to research issue for me and learned bed was supposed to be moved by outside vendor from New Rochelle. She emailed them to find out what happened but as of today they have not responded. I also asked [redacted] if I could speak with [redacted], she told me he was not in. I explained how he apparently refuses to speak with me and requested he call me as soon as possible so we could resolve tis issue once and for all. She promised to give him the message. As of today, Wednesday, still no call back from [redacted] and still no explanation as to what took place on Saturday. What a shame that a company that deals with the most vulnerable population, has such a cold, unfeeling attitude towards the people they are in the business of supposedly assisting. All it would have taken, and all I requested, was a simple conversation from someone in authority who could convince me they cared about what happened, had researched why it happened, and offered me some type of resolution as to how they could help me move that bed without worrying about the same thing happening again. The company does not know my family moved the bed late Saturday, as far as they know the bed is still here. At AllCare, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!! What a horrible way to run a businessDesired Settlement: Conversation and acknowledgement from their [redacted]/supervisor that their company did not provide the assistance they agreed to regarding my elderly, ailing father, and a simple true explanation as to how they made their mistake.

Review: I was a patient at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. When I was being discharged the coordinator there at the Hospital called Allcare Medical to order me a wheelchair for use at home

(Company is/ or was/ a.k.a Passaic healthcare Services)

Wheelchair arrived 9/**/2014 at the hospital, I signed an agreement that appeared to be a purchase.

My insurance had paid for all medical equipment and I had reached my out of pocket limit for the year 2014.

In December of 2015 (1 yr and 3 months later) I received my first bill showing the amount of $631.02 due

when I questioned them and my insurance company I was told that the wheelchair was a rental and I was billed $210.34 for every month since 9/**/14 but that they stopped billing once it exceeded the price of the wheelchair. In the meantime my insurance paid them almost $900 and they told me they couldn't locate anyone at Allcare Or Passaic to discuss the problem. The insurance company stated I owed nothing. My biggest issue is that they didn't start billing me until 1 yr 3 months after the fact. So if it was a rental, had I gotten a bill one month or even three months later, I would have returned the chair because I didn't need it after that. Again, I signed what looked like a purchase. Now the billing people claim I owe $631.02 and wont budge. I believe they went out of business or changed their name and now looking for me to pay a bill that should never have existed. Now when I call ###-###-#### option 6 to discuss the bill Im told there are only 2 people there and they cannot help further because they're billing only. It takes days for them to return calls.

It feels like the company is operating under different names, and may have had one or more names go out of business, but they seem to still be operating certain branches. Their billing practices appear to be underhanded and they shouldnt be operating in this manner

Review: My mother just came home from a rehab facility on Friday. She was in the hospital for 5 weeks, battling [redacted]. The rehab ordered her a commode and bath seat from this company because she is now in a wheel chair and cannot stand in the shower or make it to the bathroom.

The company was supposed to deliver the products on Friday afternoon and they were not delivered. I called on Saturday and was told they would arrive by 3pm. I was also told exactly what was ordered and what products would be delivered. I stayed with my mom until 4:30 then my sister was there. No one ever called or rang the bell. We were then told that the products would be delivered on Monday, which again never happened. On Monday, she was trying to get to the bathroom and almost fell into the shower. My mother called again and was then told they would be delivered by noon today and yet again, nothing. She called the company today and was told that the order was only placed on Monday and that the products would be delivered by 8pm tonight and there was nothing else that could be done (she was then hung up on). Yet again the products did not arrive.Desired Settlement: My mother was charged $68.00 for the products. I would like her to be refunded.

Review: Because of [redacted] at a young age I am forced to use catheters in order to use the bathroom, I am not suppose to reuse catheter's because I had a [redacted] and this can cause an infection however lately I have been forced to do so because allcare still has failed to deliver my proper order, every month I call in for my refill and clearly tell the representative what caths I use and every month they send me male caths that I cannot use and they continue to do so. I called weeks ago for a reorder and first I didn't receive anything waited a week and called again then I received the wrong male caths again and quantity,I then called again and received the wrong female caths(they were too short), I called again 2 weeks ago and explained my problem , a representative stated that they will she would send a driver to pick up the wrong caths and reissue the correct product..Well a couple of days later the driver came and picked up the caths that I received in error but I still have yet to receive the proper caths..Whats surprising is that I have been using caths from the same company for over 10 years and yet they still manage to send me the wrong supplies every month and no communicationDesired Settlement: my correct product and quantity of 250 until I am able to find a new company

Review: we rented a hospital bed. because allcare did not have my secondary insurance information, we had to pay $72.46 for the portion medicare did not cover. we provided insurance info, and allcare acknowledged receipt of the payment in january. at that time, they said a refund would be sent in a few weeks.

six phone calls later, no refund has been issued.Desired Settlement: full reimbursement for duplicate monies they have received twice.

Review: This is now the second time I had to reach out to you for help on the same matter. I sent out my daughter monthly supply order to this company on the [redacted] of this month. I recieved some of that order on Wed the [redacted]. the order was not complete and the driver told the nurse the reat would be delieved next day. I waited on thursday for the remaining item which never arrived. I called the company on that Friday and spoke to the customer service manager [redacted]. We spoke in length and he asked me to call him the following Monday for which I did. I started my first call at 9 am. No return call. Called again next day and was told he was in meeting on Monday so I asked to speak with him and he told his [redacted] that he would call me back, and he didn't. So the following day I call and asking for [redacted] who is suppose to be the top guy and once again was told they would call back. Nothing. So I get up today and leave a message with the person who answered my last complaint who said everything would be taken care of that the phone system was part of their problem. Now they have people who answer the calls but switch you to voice mails of people who dont call us back. my daughter needs her supplies for lifes survival and these people are playing with their lives. We have no trach's in this house to change up her monthly trach. If something happen's to this one she has to go into the hospital for unnecessary care because I can't get them to give me what is needed. I hope and pray this is the last time I have to write you for help. I thank you in advance for your help.Desired Settlement: Just to get medical supplies my daughter needs each month
