All of the below reviews are trueI currently rent from themI've made complaints about the neighbors pets, they have two dogs and two cats when we're not supposed to have anyI respect my agreement and expect others to as wellThe neighbors left the dog on the roof! I couldn't open my bedroom window without the dog coming in and even had pictures to prove it yet the property manager does nothing!!!! They have a cat that attracts stray males cats who are now peeing on my car tires and front yard plus they howl all nightThe neighbors friends steel my parking space (again, I have picture proof) and again, they do nothingI've been a tenant for over years and have complied with all requests yet I ask for help and they do nothingThe neighbors smoke in their house and seriously damaged the front of their unit with holes in the dry wall yet nothing is being doneRent from any where but hereThey'll never help youIf you're a total dirt bag then come on down because you can get away with anythingI feel really bad for the owners of these properties putting their trust in someone like this!

Allcities served as the property management company for a rental property I own in Medford, OR There were significant issues with the tenants and so none of their security deposit was returnable to the tenants when they were ultimately evicted However, Allcities only gave me a check for $out of a $1,security deposit based on various alleged services arranged by Allcities, such as the following stated on a reconciliation: $for "move out clean", $for "gutters/windows-removed items left after move out" (the gutters are new and the window coverings had been stolen by the tenants so there was nothing to remove) and $for carpet cleaning (the persons secured by Allcities to "clean" the house and carpet however did not report that the refrigerator had been stolen and the pipe which provided water to the ice maker was leaking water onto the floor and carpeting, which resulted in substantial damage) Although a reconciliation from Allcities stated that back up documen
