To whom it may concern;As showed  in the screenshot pictures, We replied the customer within 24 hours and refunded the payment for her after we received her warranty claim.

Review: I received a shipment confirmation my product was mailed April 2nd and would arrive within 7-15 business days. After the 17th day I contacted customer service and was told I can not get a refund until a manager is on duty??Desired Settlement: $13.99 refund

Review: My father had purchased a tablet from AllDayMall for my brother. The tablet ended up getting a cracked screen and needed a repair. AllDayMall said they would fix the tablet or send me the screen to repair myself for a fee. It took them several days to get back to me, and I had to send about 10 emails to finally get the response. After I agreed, I told them I would need some time to gather the money to get the repair done. They never specified that my estimate was for a limited amount of time. When I got the funds together and contacted them about where to send it back, they said they couldn't fix it because they didn't work with that supplier. I asked who the manufacturer was so I could contact them myself, and they refused to tell me. After going back and forth with them and informing them that they did not specify a date or amount of time that my estimate was good for, they agreed to fix it, and sent instructions on how to package the tablet up, and where to send it to. I followed up after I mailed the tablet back, and they responded to 'please ignore the previous message'. I SENT IT BACK ALREADY, AS THEY HAD SAID TO DO! After they received the tablet (yes, I got tracking and insurance on it!) they never even followed up with me. I sent them a screenshot of the delivery confirmation and they wrote back that they would need more information. Then, they sent a message that they would just reimburse me for my freight charges. They told me to send it back, promised repairs (which I authorized them to charge on the credit card on file), then when they received it, they are keeping the tablet. I want my tablet repaired or a new one sent (which they promised in several emails). They have my money, have my product back in their hands, and now they are refusing to give it back, repair it, or refund me my money. Please help! If you look at their Facebook page, there are many, many, many unhappy customers with similar complaints. They are frauds!Desired Settlement: I would like the new tablet (as promised in several of their emails) OR to receive the tablet repaired (as promised in several other emails).

Review: I bought 2 tablets from them. One went down in May they agreed to replace it but I lost my job and could not afford to mail it to them. Now my second tablet went and they are not only refusing to replace the first one like agreed upon but they won't even attempt anything with the second one. all they want to do is send me $10 and call it done. also now that we are on August 8th they are claiming we are passed warranty so they can't even do anything with the first tablet. Now we already had an agreement and they are refusing to honor it.Desired Settlement: I would like both tablets replaced like the first one originally was agreed upon and they are refusing.
