In response to the complaint: There was no negligence on the part of Allegheny Valley Hospital re: this customer scenarioLike the customer , we have been waiting for her insurance company to do their due diligence by either reprocessing her claim or making additional payment, in order for our
system to reflect any credit to then be issued to her. Additional payment from the customer’s insurance plan has finally been received and posted as of 2/20/2017, and an expedited refund of $to the customer has been requested. The customer has been notified of the true cause of the delay and the status of her refund in process.
