I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The vendor should have at least been
concerned enough to apologize for such a premature failure.  Yes the warranty
ran out but shamefully only two months prior to the failure.  This makes their response to the issue a bit callus
showing little concern for the quality of the product sold.  I would prefer not to pay until they complete
their work with [redacted].  Again, if this
had have happened five years down the road I would have little issue with the
labor charges.

The TAP organization informed the consumer that the indoor Air Handler was not a down-flow type.This is why they would not weatherize the [redacted] home. This was also explained to the [redacted]s. When installing an air handler in any home we use a multi-poise type which means application for installation...

allows for down-flow, up-flow, horizontal left and horizontal right. This is the air handler installed in the [redacted]s home. Apparently TAP is not familiar with our equipment.We were called to the home to check to see why A/C was not working. This was on June 6, 2016. We found duct work under house to be torn down and drain line stopped up. We reconnected the duct(that we did not originally install and unstopped drain. This is what the ninety dollar invoice is for.The only person we have spoken with is [redacted] some relation to the consumer. Review: I do not have words to express my disappointment in the reliability of what is probably the most expensive advanced residential unit [redacted] sells. I definitely feel that I wasted the extra money for this top of the line unit. This fancy compressor did not last 15 months and replacement is not as quiet as the previous one. Any saving I was hoping for just went out the window. This invoice labor represents 9 months worth of savings. In addition the use of electric heat strips for the month of January resulted in the highest electric bill I have ever had. I have lived in this house since 1985. If I were you, I would be embarrassed.

I feel like a Fool, but of course this is not [redacted]'s problem, it's my mistake.

I request that you work with [redacted] on the labor for this problem. The failure occurred on 2 months after the warranty ran out. This failure is obviously not my fault. If the compressor had run for four or five years I would not feel so bad.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to pay the labor for this premature failure. I haved on;ly 3 months after the labor warrenty ran out
