Review: I purchased a stove from this company for 150.00 plus 25.00 for delivery. There is no buy at your own risk signs anywhere in the store. This store repair stores and resale them. I had the stove delivered and the stove does not work ,only two burners work and that is all. My complaint is the product is only worth 50 buck for two burners working so I called the store and the receiver on the end instructed me to call back I did and now the phone is on machine. this stove needs to be repaired free of charge or returned and a full refund. If not that then a part refund so I can have the money to service it. The store is misleading people thinking that they will take the product and do nothing about the scam but I know of the Revdex.com and FTC so I will continue until I see results. This is very upsetting when I go to back a chicken and cant. Some will say its used and that I understand but again repair it to make it meet the price.Desired Settlement: they can pick up the stove and refund me my full 150.00 keep the 75.00 for gas, They can repair the store for free, they can refund me half the entire cost and I keep the stove and have it repaired. Finally they can close the store and stop ripping people off. These outcomes will work for me.
