Review: I called the clinic 6-months ago about#1 account#[redacted] amount of$70 #2 account #[redacted] amount of #59 #3 account#[redacted] amount of$70 and #4 account#[redacted] amount of $65 I have the charity program they said that will take care of these 4 account these are on my credit reports this is still on credit reports months after I called them and every time I call them they say they will take care of it and they dontDesired Settlement: take these 4 accounts off my reports clear these 4- like they say when I have the charity help

Review: Saint Vincent has sent me to collections 6 seperate times all under different Collection Agency Names and it is adversely affecting my credit score as they are ALL of my negative reports. I visit their facilities often as a patient and always pay any balances; they always tell you if there are outstanding balances. I have an HSA account and have called several times into their business office and put on hold for large amounts of time (like my entire lunch break) and have asked simply for these bills they sent to collections as I was never notified of any of this. I have tried to find out what are the bills for, what was the insurance payments and then balance etc. Ive asked for them to be combined into one lump sum and after I review the requested information I will gladly pay it. But they never get back to me, didnt combine them and are ruining my credit w multiple collections at multiple agencies and you cannot tell its "health" related and I DO pay my legitimate bills.Desired Settlement: I would like what I asked for in each reported collection. There are 6. Original billing Dr, procedure,amount paid by insurance showing balance and insurance reasoning/EOB (explanation of benefits).I would like all these collections removed and put into one sum so that I may pay it thru StV. I do not want to pay through these collection agencies as they dont report it to the Credit Bureau's properly and they will never get removed. The Credit Bureau is a huge scam and should be policed.
